1.General FAQs – School Photography
We will respect the decision of any student or staff member who does not want to remove their mask for the photographs. It is each person's obligation to guarantee that their mask is not visible in the shot when masks are removed. Our photographers will make every effort to ensure that masks are not visible in the photo, but if a mask is evident in any way, such as under a chin, in a hand, on the ground, or elsewhere, Greyhound Studio will not digitally erase it.
Online Payments and Cash Payments.
Online payments can be made using Payfast or by VISA or MASTERCARD using our secure payment gateway. *Please note that we do not accept SCODE, Mobicred, Moretyme or Lulalend.
Cash Payments will be inserted into provided Cash envelopes and will be collected at school Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Yes, Greyhound Studio offers a 100% money back guarantee. We only deliver photographs we consider to be of the highest standard. If for some reason you are not 100% happy please email our Customer Service team on info@greyhoundstudio.co.za. They may be able to select another image for you. Alternatively, we will provide a full refund.

2. FAQs for Parents and Students at Schools – School Photography
Yes. Orders can be placed via our online ordering system until midnight 2 working days after photography. Please refer to your order form for the exact date. Once this date has passed you can place a post photography day order by emailing our customer service team on info@greyhoundstudio.co.za
Yes only if you make a Cash payment, if you process and online order then you will not be required to send
the order flyer to the school.
You should’ve received an form requesting which students would like an sibling photo. Or alternatively you can email our customer service team on info@greyhoundstudio.co.za

Sibling photos are packed with the eldest child’s order. Please remove all photographs from the pack to double-check. If they are not there please email our customer support team at info@greyhoundstudio.co.za.

No, your child will not miss out. We take an individual portrait and a class group of every child whether we have an order or not.
We offer a retake day at the school 2 weeks after the scheduled photo day. Should the student not be able to attend the retake day and you have purchased packages, please email our customer support team at info@greyhoundstudio.co.za for a full refund.

Our priority is to deliver your photos as fast as we can – but never at the expense of quality. We cannot proceed until all data is provided, all photographs have been taken and all proofing has been completed (if applicable). Please allow up to 6 weeks.
Yes, we provide a USB with all photographs.
Yes we offer a 10% commission to all of our schools, as well as many other benefits:
All communication forms for parents
All order forms
Envelopes for Cash Payments
USB of all groups and portraits
School Records Album of all class groups
Sports, captains and miscellaneous group photographs
Staff group
Staff individual photographs
Teacher’s own class photographs
Staff Customised photo Mug
Plus much more
We provide photos for High Schools, Primary Schools, Private schools and Universities. We also offer photography for Communions, Confirmations and Sports photography. We can also assist with your general printing needs. If you have any special requests please contact us and we will assist if we can.
We recommend you include key information such as the date of photography day, reminders about school uniform guidelines, hair and information on how to order. However we do supply multiple communication flyers to send out to the parents.
